Curriculum
An initiative of the European Council, the CEFR aims to achieve a greater degree of uniformity and transparency in the study of foreign languages, among member nations of the European Union. This serves to increase mobility within member nations, facilitate mutual recognition of language certificates, and promote cooperation among educational institutions from different countries. The Framework defines the levels that determine linguistic capability in areas such as communicative proficiency, active and receptive skills, and linguistic proficiency with specific ends.
The CEFR divides language learners into three large categories which, in turn, are subdivided into six levels:
A. Basic User
- A1 (Breakthrough)
- A2 (Waystage)
B. Independent User
- B1 (Threshold)
- B2 (Vantage)
C. Proficient User
- C1 (Effective Operational Proficiency)
- C2 (Mastery)

Enrollments & Procedure
- To enroll in any course, kindly drop an email at : europeancouncil1@gmail.com , followed by an enrolment application form ,that will be shared after enquiry for the same. It will be duly filled , signed and to be mailed back at the same email id.
- Enrollment is on first- come-first-reserved. Reservations are not accepted.
- The minimum age for Enrollment in a general course is 12 years. The minors must submit a valid identity document as proof of age.
- Payments will be made On-line.
- Always remember, to email a screenshot of the transfer receipt to europeancouncil1@gmail.com .
- In the email, Do mention the course details (Name, Id proof, course Details) and the name of the account Holder.
- Only full payments are accepted during the enrollment.
CLASSROOM POLICIES
- Attendance is the student's responsibility. There are no make-up classes. (Although recorded sessions can be provided on the demand of the student.)
- The management reserves the right to summarily dismiss the student who commits breach of discipline during the class .
STUDENT RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES
- There is a charge of 500 INR for every certificate issued. (The certificates will only be issued upon the request of the student.)
- The Academic certificate is only given once a student has completed a course. A student with more than 2 absences cannot be eligible to receive a certificate.
- All Certificates are issued only in Spanish.
- Please allow 5 working days for Certificate processing.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR VIDEO CONFERENCE COURSES
- An essential factor for this course is a good Internet connection. Therefore, all students are requested to ensure good connectivity in their area before enrolling in this course.
- It is essential to participate in the class and connect the video camera, in all cases where there are no technical impediments. By not participating repeatedly, the student may be behind the rest of the class and even hinder the pace of the class. Therefore, the teacher can contact and take disciplinary measures with the support of the Head of Studies.
- It is advisable to seek appropriate conditions to follow a class (good connection, good quality microphone and speakers, large seats and tables, light, etc.). Please avoid actions that deconcentrate other colleagues, such as taking selfies or capturing third parties' screens, without their knowledge or consent.
- It is essential to be punctual. The student who is late loses content and hinders the class rhythm, so he must assume that the teacher is not obliged to repeat what was lost in his absence and if this happens repeatedly, the teacher can contact and take disciplinary measures supported by the Head of Studies.
- Recording classes are not a substitute for attendance. The student who does not attend more than 20% of the classes, regardless of the format, cannot be promoted to the next year. The decision to record a session or not is the sole responsibility of the teacher, who is under no obligation to do so. The teacher will consult the students for their approval to be recorded on all occasions.
- Course assignments (tasks and oral exam) can be recorded for educational purposes. Those students whose tasks are considered more notable can be published on the center's social networks, as long as the student agrees in a documented way.
EXAMS
- Taking photographs and recording videos during the class without the permission of the person concerned and that of tests, assignments and examinations is unacceptable behavior and will lead to the expulsion of students with no fee refunds.
- Students will have the opportunity to revise their final exam and be informed of the marks received during the course. Following this revision, the instructor will grade the students after consulting the Head of Studies in all such cases where there may be any doubt. Marks published in the result of Europe Language School will be considered official and, therefore non-negotiable. No student or their relatives will be attended to subsequently, for queries regarding the result.
- Exam dates are fixed. A student who cannot appear for the exam on the scheduled date due to a justified reason may:
- Send an email to : europeancouncil1@gmail.com , attaching documentation to justify his/her absence.
- In case the petition is approved, the student can apply for a new date at least 12 working days prior to the official exam date.
- The rescheduled exam date will always take place within the 5 working days.
