Europe Language School, the visionary creation of Falak Zafar, is a pioneering institution dedicated to teaching European languages to non-native speakers around the globe. Recognizing the significance of these languages in the 21st century, where they dominate the top five positions in the foreign language index, Falak founded the school at just 20 years old, immediately after completing her baccalaureate. In the two years since its inception, Europe Language School has hosted over 75 innovative foreign language quizzes, bootcamps, and cultural programs, not only streamed in India but also reaching audiences across much of Europe. Falak’s commitment to education is further exemplified by her extensive qualifications, including numerous international certifications in foreign language teaching and her recent achievement as a certified English language teacher from the University of Cambridge. Falak’s ambitious vision aims to expand her outreach and train 200,000 highly proficient non-native speakers by 2030, ensuring that the benefits of language learning are accessible to a wider audience.

Mohd. Ali, director and co-founding member of Europe Language School, has made significant contributions to shaping policies that reflect the cultural ethos, history, and practical needs of students from the Indian subcontinent. His gentle and compassionate approach has positively influenced the training and empowerment of academic personnel, as well as enriched the learning experiences of advanced-level students through his engaging historical walks focused on foreign languages. Born and raised in India, Mr. Ali offers invaluable insights into the realities and academic requirements of non-native speakers navigating the professional landscape. As a seasoned History teacher, his extensive expertise underscores the importance of language acquisition in the context of India’s rich historical tapestry. His passion for foreign languages was deeply rooted in his lifelong engagement with world history. He holds a postgraduate degree in History and possesses substantial experience in both teaching and counseling, further enhancing his ability to address the needs of his students.
An initiative of the European Council, the CEFR aims to achieve a greater degree of uniformity and transparency in the study of foreign languages, among member nations of the European Union. This serves to increase mobility within member nations, facilitate mutual recognition of language certificates, and promote cooperation among educational institutions from different countries. The Framework defines the levels that determine linguistic capability in areas such as communicative proficiency, active and receptive skills, and linguistic proficiency with specific ends.
The CEFR divides language learners into three large categories which, in turn, are subdivided into six levels:
A. Basic User
B. Independent User
C. Proficient User
